Langga Studio | Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Langga Studio. Because we value slow fashion and thoughtful production, the majority of our pieces are crafted entirely made-to-order. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review our standard policies and your statutory rights below before completing your order.

1. Production, Sizing & Order Adjustments

  • Made-to-Order Timeline: Because each garment is made specifically for you, please allow a standard processing window of 2 weeks before shipment. Please note that specific collections or pre-order items may carry longer production timelines, which will always be highlighted in the product description.

  • Accuracy at Checkout: We ask that you carefully review your selected size, measurements, and shipping address prior to completing payment. Because we begin prepping your order quickly, we are generally unable to accommodate modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.

2. Standard 14-Day Cancellation Right (UK Law)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to change your mind and return standard items bought online.

  • The Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days from the date the package is delivered to your address.

  • Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, garments must be completely unworn, unwashed, free of any scent or makeup, and returned in their original packaging with all retail tags intact.

3. Custom Embroidery & Personalized Orders

Items featuring bespoke elements—such as custom embroidery, personalized prints, or specific adjustments made to your unique measurements—are tailored exclusively for you.

  • Final Sale: Once a personalized or custom order is confirmed and has entered production, it is strictly exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation window.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot accept returns, modifications, or exchanges on custom items due to a change of mind, ordering errors, or incorrect size selection.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Shipments

We maintain high quality standards, but if we have made an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged item, a structural fault, or the incorrect size/colour), we will absolutely put it right.

  • Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are fully entitled to a digital replacement, repair, or a full refund for faulty goods. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5. Return Delivery & Liability

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless an item is deemed faulty or sent in error by Langga Studio, the customer is responsible for covering all return postage fees.

  • Safe Return: We strongly advise returning your items via a tracked shipping service. Langga Studio cannot issue refunds for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

  • Delivery Address Protection: We cannot accept liability for missing, stolen, or misdelivered parcels caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

6. How to Start a Return

If your order meets the criteria above and you wish to initiate a return, please get in touch within your 14-day window.

Email our team at langgastudio@gmail.com using the following subject format:

Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number] – [Your Full Name]

Please include the following in your message:

  1. Your reason for requesting the return.

  2. Clear photograph or video evidence if you are reporting a fault or a shipping error.

Once our studio reviews and approves your request, you will have an additional 14 days to post the item back to us. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us safely receiving the garment back.
