Langga Studio | Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Langga Studio. Because our garments are made-to-order, your delivery timeline consists of two parts: Production Time (the time it takes to handcraft your piece) and Shipping Time (the time it takes the courier to deliver your package once dropped off).

Please read our full shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas & International Shipping

At this time, Langga Studio ships strictly within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the UK, but we hope to expand worldwide in the future!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both Standard and Express delivery options. Please note that shipping transit times begin only after your order has been completed and dropped off at the courier.

3. Understanding Your Timeline

  • Our Made-to-Order Window: Standard items require up to 2 weeks of production time before they are ready to ship. Pre-order collections may have longer timelines, which will always be explicitly noted in the product description.

  • When the Clock Starts: The estimated shipping times (3–5 days for standard, 1–3 days for express) go into effect the exact day your package is dropped off with our courier, not the day you place your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your garment is finished and leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

5. Delivery Address Responsibilities

  • Accuracy at Checkout: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Langga Studio is not liable for missing, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

  • Redelivery: If a package is returned to our studio due to an insufficient address or failure to collect from a local depot, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the courier, transit delays and handling are unfortunately out of our direct control. However, we want to help! If your tracking has stopped updating or your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at langgastudio@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and find a solution for you.
